By accessing or using Tripvora ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

Tripvora is a web-based road trip planning tool that helps users create day-by-day itineraries with route mapping, fuel cost estimates, stop suggestions, and trip sharing capabilities.

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Upload malicious content or spam
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service without permission

You retain ownership of the trip data and content you create on the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.

When you share a trip via a share link, you acknowledge that anyone with the link can view that trip's data.

The Service may provide AI-powered stop suggestions. These suggestions are generated automatically and may not always be accurate. We do not guarantee the availability, quality, or safety of suggested locations. Always verify stops independently before visiting.

Certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription. Prices are displayed on our pricing page and may change with notice. Free tier limitations apply as described on the pricing page.

The Service integrates with third-party services including mapping providers and navigation apps. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the accuracy of third-party map data or routing.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Route distances, fuel estimates, and cost calculations are approximations and should not be relied upon as exact figures.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tripvora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
